How far in advance should I book?
Book at least 24 hours in advance so we can plan the shuttle or valet pickup. Bookings made less than 24 hours before arrival incur a €50 rush fee.
Can I still modify or cancel my booking?
Modifications possible up to 24 hours before departure via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation possible up to 48 hours in advance with full refund. After that we charge the first day as a cancellation fee.
How does the shuttle work?
On arrival at the premises we welcome you and our shuttle takes you to the Alicante-Elche Airport departure hall within minutes. On return, call or WhatsApp us after landing, we pick you up at the same spot.
How safe is my car?
Our parking is fully gated and equipped with 24/7 camera surveillance. Our own team is on site every day from 04:30 to 00:30. Your car is also insured against damage on our premises throughout your trip.
How and when do I pay?
Pay in advance via bank transfer or online, or on arrival in cash or by credit card. For longer bookings we ask for a €50 deposit to secure your spot.
