We only collect data that's needed to deliver the service, to comply with our legal obligations or to improve the site. Below is a complete overview.

Who we share data with
We share your data only with parties that help us deliver the service. These parties act as processors on our behalf and may use the data only for the purpose we agreed with them.
- Our payment provider for processing payments
- Our accountant for invoicing and tax obligations
- WordPress hosting for running this website
- FormSubmit for delivering form submissions to our mailbox
- Google Analytics for anonymous site statistics, only with your consent
We never sell your data and we don't share it with advertising networks. Authorities may request data only when required by law (for example a court order).
International transfers
Some of our processors (such as Google) are based outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards, so your data enjoys the same level of protection as in the EU.
How we keep your data safe
The site runs over HTTPS, our forms are protected by anti-spam measures and access to your data within our team is limited to the people who actually need it. Our premises are monitored 24/7 by camera surveillance and alarm system. Service on site from 04:30 to 00:30.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have a number of rights regarding your personal data. You can exercise each of them by emailing hello@autoparkingalicante.com. During office hours (09:00–18:00) we usually respond within a few hours. In any case within 30 days.
Ask us what data we hold on you and get a copy.
Have us correct incorrect or incomplete data.
Have your data deleted, unless we have a legal duty to keep it.
Limit how we use your data while a request is reviewed.
Get your data in a portable format to take elsewhere.
Object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Children
Our service is aimed at adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
Complaints
If you think we don't handle your data correctly, please reach out so we can fix it. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we update the date at the top. For material changes we'll notify you in a clear and timely way, for example via the cookie banner or by email if we have your address.
