Answers to the most frequently asked questions about our subscriptions and service.
How long does the subscription run?
The subscription has a minimum term of 9 months and runs for a maximum of 12 months from the start date. After that it is tacitly renewed for 12 months at a time, cancellable with one month's notice.
Can I switch between Valet and Shuttle?
Yes. During your term you can upgrade for free from Shuttle to Valet (you pay the price difference). Downgrade is possible when renewing the subscription.
Does the subscription cover one car or multiple?
A subscription is per person and linked to up to two license plates (e.g. a personal car and a lease car). You can report a car change via email or WhatsApp.
How often is my car washed?
On every visit we clean your car inside and out. If you combine two trips close together, you can indicate whether you want to skip the second wash.
How safe is my car with you?
Our parking is fully gated and equipped with 24/7 camera surveillance. Our own team is on site every day from 04:30 to 00:30. Cars are insured by us against damage while stored.
How far in advance should I announce my arrival?
Both shuttle and valet must be booked at least 24 hours in advance so we can plan the pickup. Bookings made less than 24 hours before arrival incur a €50 rush fee. During office hours (09:00–18:00) we usually reply within a few hours.
How do I pay for the subscription?
Billing is quarterly in advance, on the fixed dates 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October (the same dates used by the tax office). If you sign up mid-quarter, the first quarter is pro-rated. Payment by bank transfer or direct debit.
