The most frequently asked questions about our subscriptions.
How long does the subscription run?
The subscription has a minimum term of 9 months and runs for a maximum of 12 months from the start date. After that it is tacitly renewed for 12 months at a time, cancellable with one month's notice.
Can I switch between Valet and Shuttle?
Yes. During your term you can upgrade for free from Shuttle to Valet (you pay the price difference). Downgrading is possible at renewal of the subscription.
Does the subscription cover one car or more?
A subscription is per person and linked to up to two licence plates (for example a private car and a lease car). You can report a car change via e-mail or WhatsApp.
How do I pay for the subscription?
Billing is quarterly in advance, on the fixed dates 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October (the same dates used by the tax office). If you sign up mid-quarter, the first quarter is charged on a pro-rata basis. Payment by bank transfer or direct debit.
How far in advance do I need to let you know?
For the Shuttle subscription we ask for at least 4 hours notice so we can plan the shuttle. For Valet no advance reservation is needed: just come by or call on the way.

A subscription pays for itself within three to four trips. Unlimited parking, car wash included, from €29 per month.
